When we bought a pushchair that came with a graco junior baby car seat, I was concerned by how complex it looked to secure it using the seat belt. So we bought this base... and it's fantastic! It was simple to install in our Fiat Panda and has remained there ever since, the car seat seems very secure and stable when installed (it doesn't move even when driving normally over the large speed bumps we have around here) and it's very simple to clip in and take out the seat.
Very pleased with this purchase, just miffed that Graco don't include this item with their travel systems!

If you suffer from a bad back then you need this. It avoids having to bend down into the car trying to fit the belt to the car-seat. Once it's in though, you lose the ability to fold your car seats down even when you're on your own without the baby. However, if you have rear seats with one that folds down independently then that's the best place for it.
